Optimizing the marketing results in a plastic surgery practice is one of the smallest investments a plastic surgeon will ever make, but has one of the greatest returns on investment. Marketing approach

To show you the cascading effects of marketing, we have created a simulation program of the marketing function of a cosmetic plastic surgery practice. There are three steps to this process:

Simulation program

  • Step 1: Calculate the average surgeon's fee you earn on a procedure. Our program calculates this by taking the number of the different procedures you do and determines the weighted average.
  • Step 2: We use the weighted average calculated in step 1, along with your ad budget and number of leads, consults, and surgeries you do that come from advertising to determine your practice marketing profitability.
  • Step 3: Determine what we could do for your practice based on your advertising budget. Note that this would also entail restructuring your internal practice marketing. You can change your ad budget to simulate what happens.
