It All Works, Inc. (IAW) is in the business of finding consumers interested in having a plastic surgery procedure and introducing them to board certified plastic surgeons. IAW advertises on all major Internet search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing, promoting such sites as www.RhinoplastyMDs.com, www.FaceLiftMDs.com, and www.AbdominoplastyMDs.com and many more of the same genre. The purpose of these sites is to educate consumers about all the benefits as well as pitfalls concerning these procedures and to incentivize consumers to call our toll-free lines to speak to our Cosmetic Surgery Consultants. Our consultants have many years of experience in dealing with plastic surgeons and help guide consumers towards board certified plastic surgeons that have been qualified by us. Our consultants know the following and will guide prospective patients based on this knowledge:
... what certain procedures do and what they do not do
... about other procedures that might be better alternatives
... about the effectiveness of non surgical alternatives
... what medical problems would preclude a patient from having surgery

Finding the right plastic surgeons to recommend is a tedious process necessitating the verification of many details that are not always easy to find. Our search includes looking through public records, researching medical specialties boards (http://www.abms.org/ ), web sites that rate doctors’ performances, ASPS (the American Society of Plastic Surgeons), state medical licensing agencies, surgical facilities licensing agencies, patient surveys conducted by us, etc. The ultimate purpose of this research is to determine the following about plastic surgeons:
... if they are board certified by the board of medical specialties in plastic surgery
... if their medical colleagues think highly of them (opinion)
... if they fulfill continuing education requirements, including patient safety techniques
... if they have lost big malpractice suits
... if ex-patients like their “bedside manners”
... if their patients are content with their results (statistical opinion)
... which medical schools they attended
... if they have a criminal record
... which professional associations have accepted them as members
... if they are licensed to practice medicine in the state they work
... if the state has problems with their practice
... if they carry malpractice insurance & how much
... if over the last 10 years, successful claims have been made against their insurance carrier
... how long they have been in practice
... if their medical staff is friendly and capable (statistical opinion)
... if there is adequate and convenient parking
... if their office’s atmosphere will make patients feel at ease (opinion)
... if the surgical suites in which they operate are safe, registered, and approved
... if they use registered nurse anesthetists or board certified anesthesiologists
... if they are allowed to use narcotics in their surgical suites
... if they operate in hospitals, outpatient surgical facilities, or their own facilities
... if they have hospital privileges in a hospital close to where they operate
... if a hospital will allow them do specific surgical procedures at the hospital
... if ex-patients believe the surgeons is competent (statistical opinion)
... if the surgeon explains the procedure to patients’ satisfaction (statistical opinion)
... the number of specific procedures they did in the last year
Once we have understood what a prospective cosmetic patient wants, we can determine if there is a plastic surgeon within the group of plastic surgeons we have qualified, that would be capable of providing the surgical services. If there is, we will set up an appointment for this person to meet our cosmetic surgery consultant in this surgeon’s office, as well as the plastic surgeon we have selected for this prospective patient. There will be a fee for this consultation that will be paid to IAW for services rendered. Furthermore, if the prospective patient decides to have surgery there will be another fee for the procedure selected that will be paid to IAW for services rendered. Finally, before surgery can take place, the surgical center will also charge the prospective patient a fee for the use of the operating room, anesthesiology, as well as any implants, sutures, or any medicines required to perform the surgery.
Cosmetic surgery is an elective procedure and the results can never be guaranteed. Before any surgeon agrees to perform a procedure, consent forms will have to be signed that release the plastic surgeon as well as IAW from any promises made regarding results or any possible complications that could arise as a consequence of the surgery. A copy of any of these consent forms is available by contacting a Cosmetic Surgery Consultant at 727-362-5505. However, in the case that a patient is displeased with the results within 6 months after surgery, IAW guarantees that the surgeon will re-do or touch up the surgery for a fee of $500 to the patient, in addition to any fees charged by the surgical suite for operating room and anesthesiology fees. In the case an implant has to be replaced, however, the new implant will be at no charge.
